If you believe that you have received a defective item please be prepared to supply digital photo evidence and brief written description of the problem/damage to make your return.
Contact must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days of the confirmed shipment receipt date to arrange for a refund. Seven (7) calendar days are allowed for the customer to perform a product review so the product may be verified for form and function of the product purchased. All items to be returned must be clean and securely packed in the original shipping box and dunnage materials or equivalent protective wrappings. Initially, return postal costs will be the customer's responsibility until a failure analysis has been accomplished. Once the failure analysis is completed and if the returned product is found to be defective due a manufacturing fault, the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded or a direct exchange made with  customer approval.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
Any FissureMan product may be returned for refund or exchange under the conditions set forth above.

We are not responsible for shipping damage.
The best bubble wrap and shipping boxes available are used for shipment. These materials used for shipment are for safe and secure shipment transit for all orders to minimize any possibility of shipping damage.
We have an extremely low percentage of shipping damage reported, however, if you do not trust us and/or the US mail system to provide damage free shipment then please request shipping insurance be placed on your order.
You may request shipping insurance for any order to be delivered within the USA, however, this must be done before your order is placed to arrange for the payment of the additional cost of the shipping insurance.
